Announcement for first-year students!

 

Dear Students,

we kindly invite students admitted to the first year of full-time first-cycle Bachelor’s and long-cycle Master’s studies in the 2024/2025 academic year to pick up their documents:   

 

FULL-TIME FIRST-CYCLE BACHELOR’S AND LONG-CYCLE MASTER’S STUDIES

         

Hall of the Teaching and Sports Building:

    

  • September 28, 2024 (Saturday) from 8:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • September 30, 2024 (Monday) from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm
  • October 1, 2024 ( Tuesday) from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

From October 3 (Thursday), documents will be issued in the Student Service Center – Main Building, first floor, room 006 (all Bachelor’s studies) and in the Main Building, first floor 011 (only for Law majors).

PART-TIME FIRST-CYCLE BACHELOR’S AND LONG-CYCLE MASTER’S STUDIES

 

From October 4 (Friday), documents will be issued in the Student Service Center – Main Building, first floor, room 006 (all Bachelor’s studies) and in the Main Building, first floor 011 (only for Law majors).

We also kindly request you to read and follow the instructions attached in the document on how to proceed when collecting documents. We would like to kindly inform you that the internal legal acts concerning the process and organization of education in force at the Krakow University of Economics are available at: http://bip.uek.krakow.pl/

Instructions on how to proceed when collecting documents

  1. In accordance with the rules of the Krakow University of Economics, all correspondence is carried out using individual university account addresses, which have been assigned and activated after the confirmation of your admission to studies. Detailed information can be found at the link.
  2. Before your visit to the Krakow University of Economics, you need to log in to your to your USOSweb account, and then:
    1. read and accept the documents posted in the system: Oath, Statement;
    2. make payment for the student ID card.
  3. Only students who have completed the formalities (points 1 and 2) shall appear to collect their ID cards.
  4. For KUE students who have active Student ID Cards (point 3), there is a possibility to use the mobile version of the Electronic Student ID Card ( mLegitimacja). Instructions for using of mLegitymacja can be found on the website at the link.
  5. Students who are interested in using the Student ID Card as a carrier of an electronic season ticket for Krakow Public Transport (KKM) are required to accept the statement, which is posted in the USOSweb system. You will be informed by a separate e-mail about the date from which it will be possible to activate the KKM app.
