The idea behind creating SSC is to increase the quality of student service by introducing the electronic circulation of cases and documents.
All units within the SSC structure so as the other university units that cooperate with SSC have prepared matter cards that will allow students to deal with their study matters without a necessity of their presence at the University.
Students case sheets are available on the website kartyspraw.uek.krakow.pl
In order to log into kartyspraw.uek.krakow.pl students use their university account (access as to other university web services i.e. USOSweb or student.uek.krakow.pl). Students may filter by case category or by case name. Each student case sheet contains a short case description, an instruction on how to handle a matter, timeframes, links to helpful materials and information on legal acts that refer to the specific matter.
Student case sheets are available both in Polish and English.
