A course will be launched if the minimum number of students required by a separate Rector’s Regulation is met (Rector’s Regulation No. R.0211.67.2025 of 17 December 2025).

Registration is conducted according to the following rules:

In the case of registrations without limits

  1. In the first round, all students select an elective course.
  2. The Director of the Institute determines which courses will be launched.
  3. The second round includes students whose selected courses were not launched and those who did not make a selection.
  4. Failure to select an elective course in the second round results in assignment to a course designated by the Director of the Institute.

The Director decides which courses will be launched based on enrolment lists.

Registration rounds

  • 23 March 2026 – first round (9:00–23:59)
  • 25 March 2026 – second round (9:00–23:59)
