Instructions for receiving documents
- In accordance with the rules in force at Krakow University of Economics, all correspondence takes place using individual university account addresses, which were assigned and activated after the stage of confirmation of commencement of studies. Detailed information can be found at the link.
- According to the new regulations, starting from the academic year 2026/27, the basic form of student ID card is mLegitymacja available in the mObywatel application (for students with a PESEL number). Downloading mLegitymacja in the mObywatel application is free of charge and will be possible after taking the oath in the USOSweb system (the oath process will be launched in the system on September 30 this year).
- A traditional Electronic Student Card (ELS) will be issued only at the student’s request. This means that students who want to have a physical ESC card will have to submit an appropriate application in the USOSweb system and pay a fee of PLN 22. We encourage you to use modern digital solutions and activate your ID card in the mObywatel application.
- Before visiting Krakow University of Economics in order to collect the traditional Electronic Student Card, you should:
- log in to your USOSweb account, and then:
- read and accept the documents placed in the system:
- take the pledge – the pledge process will be launched in the system on September 30 this year.
- complete the statement;
- pay for the student ID card.
A student who has completed the formalities (points 1-5) can come to collect the ID card in the:
- Office for second-cycle and Long-cycle Master’s studies – Main Building, room 011 (for full-time and part-time second-cycle studies and long-cycle master’s studies).
At the same time, we inform you about the need to register for university-wide courses.
- Full-time students – registration should be done on October 2nd.
- Part-time students – registration should be done from October 12th to 14th.
